Community Guidelines

SnugTalk works because people can relax here. These guidelines apply to everyone, guests and hosts, in every session, message, photo and profile.

The spirit of it

Not allowed

Dating, flirting and sexual content

SnugTalk is not a dating platform. No romantic or sexual requests, flirting, sexual jokes, nudity, underwear or swimwear on camera, or suggestive photos. This applies even if both people seem to agree.

Going around the platform

No asking for or sharing phone numbers, social media, email addresses or payment apps, and no offering to meet or pay outside SnugTalk. Paying off-platform removes every protection we can give you, and it is the fastest way to get an account removed.

Harm and harassment

No threats, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, pressuring someone to keep talking, or sharing private information about anyone.

Recording

No recording, screenshots or screen sharing of another person without their clear permission.

Professional advice

Hosts do not diagnose, prescribe or give legal or financial advice on SnugTalk. Sharing experience is welcome; acting as a therapist or doctor is not.

Minors

Everyone on SnugTalk is 18 or older. Report anyone who seems to be under 18 right away.

If someone is in danger

SnugTalk is not an emergency service. If you or the person you are talking with may be at risk of harm, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. Then report the session so our team can follow up.

Reporting and what happens next

End the session, then use Report on the person’s profile or next to the session in your history. You can also block them. For urgent safety concerns, email support@snugtalk.com with “Safety” in the subject.

We review every report. Depending on what happened we may warn the person, refund the session, remove content, suspend or permanently close the account. We do not tell the reported person who reported them.
